I took Zoloft for a while because I was just very emotional. Sometimes I would cry just watching a TV commercial. I would talk about things that happened years ago and find myself on the verge of tears. I am wondering if anyone has had an experience like this and used SWJ and how it worked for them. Zoloft works great, but the side effects are bad.

It sounds like you have very bad depression. St John's Wort may not be powerful enough but it is worth trying considering it is under 5 dollars. Here is a list of all natural powerful supplements which could work as well as antidepressants without side effects. ( The only one I tried was Anxietol 7 which seemed to work well.) http://www.articleshaven.com/56.html
