| |  "A question about liquid form of SJW"

Hi there everyone, I'm new to this board, stumbled across it when I was searching about SJW and boy am I glad I did!My question is:
Is liquid SJW any less effective than taking it in capsule form? I bought a 30ml bottle of SJW today from Holland and Barrett UK, their own Herbal Authority brand (alcohol free, does this make a difference?). It says to take 1ml of extract in a little water 1-3 times daily, I have noticed people on here talking about potency and what strength it should be, but my bottle doesn't say anything about this, just: SJW pure herbal extract, calibrated (whatever that means?!)
And how do i know what a little water is?? Ive already taken some in what i classify as a "little water" but does anyone have any specific measures?
