I was wanting to know if anybody out here could suggest a good brand of St. John's Wart?? I've been thinking about taking Amoryn and Seredyn but thinking maybe just SJW will help. I have discovered that I have anxiety and I need help. I've tried a couple of different tapping techniques and such but they haven't helped. So do anybody have a good suggestion on a brand, I was looking at TerraVitta??? or does anybody have good experiences with Amoryn and Seredyn....which is better????
