Guys,
Here is my sincere advice. Please Please don't take SJW on your own. Please consult your doctor before taking SJW.
I had been taking SJW for 3 months. I stopped taking after I had a severe health problems. I am a healthy adult. I was taking SJW for social anxiety. SJW did damage to my liver. I had severe headache, blurred vision, light sensitivity, pain in the chest, stomach upset. I went to ER few times last month. My doctor told me that it caused lot of damage to my body. Now I am taking 13 tablets per day to fix the damages caused by SJW.
I not telling that SJW is worthless. My point is, it is not for everyone. It is safe to consult your doctor before you take. I was taking SJW 3 months without any problem. I had slight improvement. I liked it. But suddenly this happened. I was told that this might happen any time, 3 months, 1 year, 5 years. any time.
