Just started SJW 10 days ago, and want it to work now! Was given SSRI but was too scared to take it. Can you let me know how long SJW takes to work and also if I am taking right dosage 300 of the Boots SJW. Feel very positive after looking at this website

This question gets asked all the time... you really need to give it up to six weeks to take effect, just like any antidepressant.

There's lots of information in this forum collected in thousands of messages over the past five years... feel free to ask more questions but please try the search engine as well, you may get a much faster answer next time...
