Has anyone had a side effect of increased/excessive hunger when using/starting SJW? I am using the Spring Valley brand from Wally world and feel a big switch in my moods, but have been overcome by this sudden excessive hunger.......After only 10 minutes from eating, I am starving again........

Yes, I experienced this as well. SJW was actually very helpful for me in this respect because I was very underweight. I've gained about 20 pounds since starting doing weights, taking SJW and SSRIs in the past year.

I had that exact same issue! I thought it was just me. Anyway, I had to go off of SJW because of that and it was just not working for me in general. I started 5HTP about a week ago. We'll see how that goes... Definitely not as insanely hungry as I was before!

Hey Babsie ...whewie! I thought I had a tapeworm or something horrible by the amount of hunger I have been experiencing. I have cut the SJW dose by half and have seen a lowering in the hunger pangs...lol!
