Hello
I'm new here. Have been feeling depressed for while, have heard about SJW and am keen to try - but I am anxious that it would affect my oral contraception. I take femodene and have been for years. Does anyone else take femodene and SJW. All the advice I get so far is taking SJW will reduce efficacy of pill. would love to hear of others experiences.

SJW cannot be used safely with the pill as far as I know, I've taken it for three years, but my doctor told me that it interacts with your hormone levels...alternative anti-depressants, usually those prescribed by a doctor/psycharist...can be taken with the pill.
