Topic Title: I think I need some advice

Well, I've just started taking this stuff, which I see as a comprimise compared to seeing a doctor, which I couldn't deal with. I'm going to India in a few weeks, and I thought I'd stop taking it while I was there because what with the photosensitivity it didn't seem worth it. Plus I'm going to be working very hard (development workcamp) while I'm there which tends to get my mind off things a bit. But I'm getting a bit concerned about whether it'll be bad for me to come off them just like that, even after only a few weeks. OTOH I really want to take them, and them work, over these next few weeks, not just to get myself through them but also because I'd really like to think I was finally doing something, and because I'd like to think there was something I knew worked waiting for me when I got back (for another year of university). Could anybody advise me on this? Is it really better for me not to take them?

Dear Post Office,
I really wouldn't worry about the photosensitivity issue. IMO this 'problem' gets blown up out of all proportion. If you're going somewhere like India, you will be taking sensible precautions against U.V. exposure in any case.
See how you get on with SJW over the next few weeks. If it works for you I would keep going with it. Either way it is always a good idea to come off any anti-depressant slowly over, say a couple of weeks or more.
Good luck,
Sheephead.
