Hi All
I stopped taking Perika two weeks ago because it was doing nothing for my anxiety. I have found two products that are working really well on that front but I find that I am crying a lot and my emotions are all over the place. Should I go back on the Perkia since I have found the two products that are helping my anxiety.Has anybody given it up and went back on to it again

Hi MrLovely
two the products are Natracalm which is made from passion flower each tablet is 500mg and you can take four a day I find them very soothing. The company that makes the tablets are an English company but I reckon any product with a high level of passion flower will be good. The other one is Bach flower remedy and the name on the bottle rescue remedy. You can get it in a bottle with a spray and it is very easy to use. The two of them combined are very helpfull.Did you stop taking Perkia what are you taking now?

Hi, I switched to Kira and it seems to be giving me the initial anxiety (which means that I am starting to get used to it again which means the Perika pooped out) and I might try the passion flower although I have a friend who says it is worthless.

I have some of that bach aspen stuff and it didn't do anything at all. I was angry that I bought it in the first place because it seemed like such quackery.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Hi
I defiantly find the rescue remedy is helping it doesn't stop all the anxiety but it defiantly helps and so does the passion flower. I don't have to take as many Calmar's to relax my self. The rescue remedy is pretty cheap to buy.Let us know how you get on with the passion flower

You might consider Chamomile & Valerian- they are also helpful herbs for calming you down.
