Can anyone tell me how long before you can feel the effects of SJW. I've read so many differing opinions. I've been on Nature's resource brand now for 2 weeks and don't feel much improvement. Should I continue and for how long? Depression is not something to toy with. I wish it wouldn't take so long for me to know if it will work or not. Frustrating!

If you don't feel it kicking in in another week, switch to a better brand, I recommend Perika or Kira, or Jarrow if those are too expensive. There are about a million shops on the internet you can choose from to get one of these so there really is no excuse!

I have been taking Perika for about 3 weeks now, and I think that it may be starting to work, I am not sure. Some times I feel almost emotionless (like when I am depressed) and some times I will get really really down, and then sometimes I will get that really happy, relaxed feeling that I was used to with prescriptions. I know I am probably just being impatient, but I wonder if it will ever get me back to how I was before, with zoloft. I want to just quit and start the prescription of Paxil that I have, just because I am a lot more confident of something that I have had success with before. Does this sound like anyone else's old experience before they had success? Or does this sound like maybe SJW just isn't for me?

i just wanted to let you know that i know how you feel... a lot of my friends are happy that i am trying sjw because they feel that zoloft causes you to have a fake happiness...but honestly i don't agree and if it does make me happy all the time then i would be glad to be myself again... i hope that sjw will do that for me so that i do not have to be on a prescription.... but if it does not make a significant change-than i will. Do you like Perika? Which brand should i take and where do i get it? I just have regular store brand sjw.
