hi there
started on 1 tablet sjw kira 300 i think,
and had restless night as i started it yesterday
as i didnt like the other one only had 1/2 ml twice the other week.
dont want to give this up but just wondered if anyone has suffered restless nights on sjw
i know i somtimes get anxious anyway and dont sleep
espechially when taking things as iam a worrier by nature
so wonder if thats all it was.
i know i have to treat this depression and with support off here am sure i will get over this phobia of taking medication

Yes, it is just temporary. There was a period where I would wake up after 4 or 5 hours feeling really energetic, only to get tired half way through the day. It will go away.

I got that at the start(restless sleeping) I take SJW in the morning at lunch and at tea 6pm if I take it later like 9:30pm it can keep me up, you got to try it for at least 3 weeks!!!
