Topic Title: SJW causing anxiety- sound familiar?

i started taking SJW about a week ago for mild depression. i think it may be causing some anxiety, though only for a short time after taking it. has anyone had this experience? i know SSRIs can be the same way. although SJW is not an SSRI, both do affect serotonin levels in the brain.

No; the anxiety doesn't last that long after I take SJW. It is eventually replaced by feelings of well being. From what I've read here and elsewhere, the side-effect anxiety does (I would think in most cases, but not all) fade. Have you tried taking anything to counter-act the anxiety until such time that it possibly disappears?
