So I tried 2 brands and it didn't really work . It did screw up my periods so I stopped taking and and no difference a week after off it. So I guess it's just not for me! I go to the doctor tomorrow to talk to her about 5-HTP and SAM-E or something else. . I danno! I'm not wasting my time on it anymore though. I think if 2 brands don't work that's enough.. plus I didn't like the fact it screwed with my periods.

I will second that!I took the brand Kira a few years back and i got two months before my depression came back.I have been on Perika for three months taking three tablets a day.I felt fine for a month and now i feel the worse i have for years.When you look at it i was taking 21 tabelts a week and to feel the way i do now is a pretty poor return.

Hey, sorry to hear it didn't work, how long did you take it for? Did you take the tablets three times a day with food?
