I've been using Clomipramine for 15 years. Currently taking
50 mg a day. I also have a heart condition (heart palpatations)& being on Clomipramine only makes this worse.Also this drug is causing me substantial hairloss.
I am trying to reduce the dosage to 25 mg a day, but this is brings on severe panic attacks & increased depression.
Has anybody also experienced this whilst trying to reduce their Clomipramine dosage?. Also has anyone tried a similar drug to Clomipramine, but without the hair-loss side effects?
