i bought some sjw tincture it tells you to put 1ml in water and sip it doesnt say a brand name got it from holland and barret its just got pure herbal extract alcohol free.
1ml =500 mg i took 1/2 ml 250mg twice forgot it today
was waiting to see if anyone new if its okay with hrt and gaviscon thats for indigestion
i was given prozac but do not wish to try it due to the numerous side effects listed wanted to try natural first
im only about 7-11 in weight and im 40 cant seem to put weight on since having first baby at 19 and suffering on and off with anxiety and panics wish seem to start after suffering postnatal depression which was never treated
as it wasnt regonised back then
