i am taking one diazepam daily taken in two halves plus i am taking st.johns wort three times daily .diazepam is 2mg in strength st johns wort standerd extract 300mg 0.15%hypericins is this a safe dosage .i have been taking the st johns wort for two weeks but do not yet feel a lot better is it worth continuing with them or is there something else but not doctors perscriptions as they made me feel like a zomby. thanks for any replys

Hi there!

I'm pretty sure that it's not a good idea to mix SJW with any other medication... check that info out, you should be able to find some information on the web.
