Did anyonetry the holosync audio for anxiety reduction. This one is from www.centerpointe.com .
I think this works similar to any CES instrument which also produces the alpha brain waves (like BT-7 etc).
I am very skeptical and the site looks more like a big advertising and publicy stunt, but i have ordered for a free CD to see how it will be. They also provide 1yr free risk warranty and the price is $159 for the enire package.
One more question: Did any one find any benefit from a CES instrument like BT-7. I want to know practical results if it works or not.

I used it all the up to level 4.It didn't help my anxiety much and after the initial cd the average cost of a new level is around $250.00.If you want to try brainwave entrainment I would go here www.awakenedminds.com ,it's much cheaper and your likely to get the same effect as holosync.

lotus, thanks for the information. There is a MB on the website and man people found it almost same or better than holosync. I think i will try this one.
I think this provides effect similar to the practice of 'mindful meditation' which makes us be aware of the surroundings and helps increase consciousness..
