A bottle of SJW has the following printed on the label. Does this mean in order to obtain the standard dosage, someone would have to take just one tablet per day?

I was wondering as 0.3% of 1000mg is 3mg; but the description mentions that each tablet has just 1mg hypericin...

INGREDIENTS
St John's Wort Extract 0.3%, Hypericins, Dicalcium Phosphate Dihydrate USP NF, Microcrystalline Cellulose BP, Maltodextrin Snowflake, Stearic Acid, Silica, Magnesium Stearate BP Vegetable Grade.
