Hi All
I have been taking sun theanine for three days two tablets a day along with 900mg of perkia.I have been on Perkia for three months and found that it was good for my mood it done nothing for the racing mind or anxiety. After taking the sun theanine I found the energy increased and I had an excessive alertness which I was finding hard to cope with. Does any body else have experience of this and I long does sun theanine take to work?

Hi, I also take suntheanine (NOW Foods brand with added green tea extract) and Perika, my experience was a lot different though, I suffer from physical nerves/anxiety and I found the first day that I was very calm and collected, also more alert....but this faded very quickly and now I don't feel after a week and a half that it is giving me the same effect.

Remember that these things should be given at least a month before you make any decisions, though.
