So I have SAD and Depression, and I was wondering if anyone has gone through SSRI's before as well as SJW and can tell me if SJW works as strong as prescriptions do when it comes to depression and social anxiety. I take anxietol 7 and i can tell it helps, but definitely not as much as when I was on prescriptions. I really want to know to help me make the decision of going back to prescriptions or going to SJW..
