I've been on SJW for 4 months, and have read somewhere that Ginkgo Bilopa helps with concentration and fatigue. Does anybody know whether you can take it safely with SJW? Does anyone have any good or bad experiences with it that they could share with me?

I used them together a few months back and had no problems. I believe they work in completely different ways. The way I see gingko is as a circulation agent. It is really most helpful if your memory cognition problems are related to slowed circulation to the brain. I saw some improvement from Gingko but hear it works best over time. I had no trouble with the two together but I am not a doctor so can't say for sure.
