Hi all.
I would like to share an experience with whomever is interested. I found out about a technique called EFT, emotional freedom technique. I did a search for it online and found out how to do it for myself. It involves tapping certain spots on the body and repeating trigger phrases. It is supposed to releive pent up emotional energy that contributes to emtional problems. I have been performing it every time I feel anxious or worried about something. You can generally use it on any negative emotion. I believe it has helped me deal with some deep seated emotional troubles and I'm noticing changes in my behaviors. On the other hand, I think alot of my problems are chemical so the anxiety is still there but the behaviors are changing. It is something worth trying for all of you. Do a search for it (I can't remeber the websites). Many tell you step by step how to do it. Let me know if any of you have had an experience with it positive or negative. I'm hoping it's not a placebo effect. God Bless.

After reading your message I found several webb sites with printable instructions. I tried the EFT for a week and it lifted my heavy body syndrome and I also started taking 900mg STJW a day. But.. on my first day off work I am just as down, heavy bodied etc. I'll continue it and see what happens, but EFT has had good press. 5/05
