Just a little note to all you people here, in my experience if you are taking SJW and DMAE together you should definitely stop as the DMAE completely stops the SJW from working. I am taking Perika at the moment and I noticed that I wasn't getting the same effects as I was on my previous brand, which I thought was odd since this stuff is far better quality etc....anyway I stopped taking the DMAE and WHAM, a week or so later I am feeling pretty good, waking up after a few hours of sleep, all the things that indicate that the SJW is working.

Just for those who like me check this place before trying new stuff
