Hi,
I need to know if I should start takind SJW? I have been sad and drinking alot of wine and wanting to cry, no energy and picking fights with my husband. I have a 14 month old and recently retired A BIG CHANGE! However I don't have panic attacks, and don't take any meds I do drink lattes for energy. The posts I have read people have been to dr's and have panic attacks etc. I don't want to make things worse and what brand should I try? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
I started SJW, Gaia 540mg the label says take 3 a day, this is my 2nd full day and so far I love it, no side affects just a good feeling. I have had some wine and no problem. My husband is for it and just giving me alot of hugs.
I will keep updating and if anuone is taking this brand please let me know.
