Hello everyone!
I just ordered Kira SJW and before I start taking it I was wondering if anyone else has heard that drinking while taking SJW is harmful, or makes SJW less effective? Not that I drink all the time, but I do like a glass of wine (or 2) with dinner from time to time. I should be receiving my order and will start taking SJW shortly. Any comments/suggestions would be appreciated.

I was told that
i could drink all I want as well. Haven't tried it yet, but maybe this weekend he he. I'm on my 4th week and i notice changes! thanks

Thank you for responding, better safe than sorry! I hope it helps me too, I'm looking forward to feeling a bit more *normal*. I've been so anxious and stressed out, it's hopeless feeling so depressed all the time.
