I've been taking Kira SJW since Sept last year. Now I'm experiencing some depression and slight overthinking of things. I'm wondering if this is a "poop-out" and what I should do. Should I increase from 900mg to more? Should I switch brands? Should I switch to some other med?
Please advise!

Just take more, and make sure you take it with meals.
