Has anyone taken SJW during mid life crisis depression and had positive results? My husband has been depressed for about 3 months. The strange thing is that he can hide it well around other people (life of the party, etc), but when he's home he's distant, teary, questioning his life's choices (including ME) etc. He is also going through the typical mid life crisis symtoms - working out, buying new clothes, wearing cologne, all the things that are not so typical of him. He is 40 years old. Any help would be appreciated. I am thinking of taking SJW myself because watching him go through this and going through the pain of rejection is causing me depression as well. Been there, done that :-)
I also got depressed when I hit 41 - I'm 45 now. After 2 - 3 years of this type of behaviour, I admitted I was depressed and saw my doctor and started SJW.
I'm feeling much better about myself, my job, almost everything. But I lost and hurt several ladies along the way.
Start him on it now.
