Hi all. I developed this web poll (see link on top of page) as part of a University project, to see whether it is helpful in giving people an idea of how quickly St. John's Wort has kicked in for other people on this forum. It's a question that keeps resurfacing, I've noticed, even though there are lots of posts on it in these threads.
So if you are taking SJW, it would be awesome if you could say when you felt improvement. And then if you have comments about the poll, please post them here! Thanks! :)

I hope everyone does participate in the poll. It literally takes just a few seconds to do it, and it's anonymous (no one will know your name or anything like that).
Please participate and help Alx out... it's for a university project and the poll will only be available until this Sunday. If you have any questions, add them to this thread.
