Kelly mentioned that she takes her SJW in the evening because of the fatigue it causes. The Perika I am taking suggests 3 times a day. It does cause me to be a little tired. If I switched to evenings, do I take all 3 tablets at once?

I take Perika 3 times per day. However, I recently decided to try taking one tablet before bedtime. My dreams have been very vivid! Dreaming is very healthy, so it seems to work well before bedtime. Give it a try.

Thanks. I will try one tablet at bedtime. Stopped my intake of remeron, celexa and buproprian after two years (gradual reduction). The side effects ranged from ear infections, high blood pressure and lost libido. Now that seems dangerous to me. SWJ has a different feeling to it. Seems positive to me. And since I am part German (and thus the depression...) I will give it a try.
