The return of the dreaded fog........advice? - http://www.sjwinfo.org Forums

I started taking SJW whilst signed off work with stress about two and a half years ago. It really helped me back on my feet and within a month or so I was happily (?) reunited at my desk and was able to get on with my life.
Guess what? I'm now back to square one again. I was signed off work back in February and am having to cope with the ups and downs....the tortuous peaks and troughs.....the times of clarity and the times of fog that are the symptoms of my mild depression.
The problem I've got is this. Last time when I was off work, I discovered this site and SJW and that set me on the road to recovery. This time I'm already taking SJW and I have no new impetus to get me out of this rut. I'm doing all the 'right things' like exercise and diet etc. (and I've increased my SJW dosage to 1500mg per day) but I feel I need something else.
I was just wondering, have any other readers experinced the same problem second time around and are any of the numerous other supplements that are often namechecked on this site (sam-e; 5HTP etc.) any good as an additional and complementary remedy to SJW?
