I don't drink often, BUT when I do, would I be okay with the SJW or is it best to stay off the drinking all together? Sometimes I drink one or two. Rarley do I attend a party and drink more, but I want to know what I would need to do in these situations. I haven't started SJW yet, but plan to start tonight. Depression runs in my family and a few months stretch of stressful situations in my life have changed my behavior and thoughts about life. I have thoughts which scare me and I stay in bed all day when the boyfriend and I have a argument. I have been this way for about 3-4 months now and I don't understand why. I just can't pick myself up or get the energy to do ANYTHING. Other stressful situations have had me feeling on the edge. I bought SJW as a begining attempt to try to ease the stress and depression. I hope I need not look further. I am very anti-pharmiceutical (sp?) and prefer herbs if I absolutley MUST take something. Do I seem like I am making the right move? In all honesty, I do think so :) Another Q, what about diet drugs? Over the counter pills such as dexatrim. Should I steer clear of these while on SJW? Thanks

Having a few drinks while on SJW should not be an issue. At least it has not been with me. What brand are you going to try? I strongly recommend Perika.

I actually purchased the bottle before I did the research but started one pill last night. I slept fine, felt no side effects and so far no changes in the negative sense. I don't feel any worse but of course, i need time to feel anything. I bought a Walgreens brand and it seems to be fine. It is the .3% so we'll see how it does before I decide to switch brands. Where can I get the brand you recommend?
