I am wondering if anyone has noticed that SJW effects "wear-off" after a few years? I know that with many anti-depressants, doctors pull patients off of them after a certain amount of time because the body becomes used to them and their effects diminish. I am wondering if this happens with SJW. Has this happened to anyone? If so, what do you do about it - just go off it and restart at a later date after you have "re-booted"?

ive been taking SJW for 6mths. the effects started wearing off after 4&1/2mths. at 6mths im back to feeling depressed.

i went cold turkey yesterday, will try a prescription medication then come back to SJW in 6-12mths.

im hoping that SJW will be just as effective the second time round.
