I have been depressed off and on for about 2 1/2-3 years now. I am still young, 20 years old, and I hate the way I feel recently. I am at an all time low in my life. I have pushed my best friend away from me and she doesnt want to be friends anymore. I feel hurt and depressed more than I ever have. I deal with thoughts of suicede everytime she makes me feel bad. I also think that I could have ADD. I have alot of the symptoms. Amoung other things, I could have Bipolar disorder. I have been seeing a psychiatrist a little, she isnt helping much. I want to get diagnosed with something so I can just take medicine and feel better. I feel hopeless like my life will never get better. I also have horrible self esteem. Do you think that St. John's Wort could help me feel better.

I think trying St. John's Wort certainly cannot hurt things. Only try it if you are not already taking anti-depressants. Try Perika from Natures Way. I bought St.Johns's wort today. What is usually the recomended dosage. I am taking 2 pills three times a day. Hopefully this will help my outlook on life. Thanks for the help and i will definately let you know how I am feeling throughout the process.
