Mermaids,

YES, I do and sometimes they just make you feel like you can't cope. I hate the fear. Let me know how it works for her. How long has she been taking it?

Thanks Trying

He's been on it coming up to two weeks. Not sure if it's helping, as he say he still feels anxious. I hope that it at least lessens the anxiety. Also, I was told that it takes at least two weeks for it to get into the system to start working. Have you started on it yet? Or are you waiting? Are you taking anything else?

I have just started taking it but I only started with one a day now I am trying two starting this morning. I am also using this program I bought off line. I will keep you posted on how it works for me. Hope your BF gets better. I think we need to let it get in our systems for few to really see if it works. Hang in there.

Hi. Well, it has been two weeks for him and I think his mood has gotten better. Definitely less anxious. On the other hand, he has good days without drugs as well, so not sure what is causing what. I am afraid that he will not continue to take them once the bottle runs out. How are you doing?

Well the anxietol 7 gave me a good rush that day I took a dose in the morning.I HATED IT, I felt like I was so Rushed out it was unreal, I couldn't focus, then I kinda hit a real good feeling then when it wore off I was like not good. So I am not taking it now. I think if I was willing to go though that rush out stage that I have had to in the past with antidepresants that maybe it would have worked but. I HATED that period of getting the body used to something and I had to work during this all plus I have a husband that is so NOT understanding and gives me **** so I stuck to the online program I bought and it is working OK...But it is work. I am re-programing my brain to loose the anxiety. If you are willing to work at it I think this is the key.

PS Something in the Anxietol 7 made me rush out. Look all the ingreadeance up online and you will find that one of them is a hyper one. Why they need to put this in something that is for people with anxiety I DON't know. I think they should leave that out???

If you don't think it is working, I wouldn't recommend just giving up. I took it for about 3 weeks or so and after the first couple of weeks I could feel it was making me more relaxed. I have social anxiety and sometimes generalized anxiety on top of depression. Anxietol definitely got rid of the general anxiety about stuff coming up in the near distant future that I woudl worry about. However it didn't make me lazy like SSRI's to where I just didn't care about them, I recognized them but I handled them well. It didn't help very much with Social anxiety though, and definitely not with depression. You are never going to find out if it is going to work for you if you just freak out and give up after a short while.
