I have been treated for years for major depression, gad with chemical antidepressants and such. They are not so effective in past couple of years, or I get bad side effects. How could I make switch to sjw? Can it be taken w/Remeron or benzos? How effective and safe is sjw? Don't trust chemicals. s.k.

Hi Suz
I take SJW and sometimes I take an ativan to calm the ruffled edges, but they are getting less. yay. Ativan is a benzo and I have had no adverse reaction to taking both.
I do agree with you about man made chemicals but sometimes there is just no choice!
