On Wednesday I turned 32. It was my birthday and I felt so crappy. I knew I shouldn't feel this way. I knew what it was and it was depression. If I didn't do something it would get the best of me. So I typed into the search engine "Depression Remedy" and first learned of Saint Johns Wort. 3 years ago when I was first afflicted with this ungodly disease that hit just like a wave and put me in bed for 2 straght days, the doctor gave me Celexa. Let me tell you, this stuff did more harm than good. I gained weight and was useless in bed. So I went off it and have been solo ever since this past wednesday, August the 20th. That's a long time to be miserable but I made it this far. So after learning of SJW I went out and bought a bottle on the way to the mini golf course where my wife and 4 year old daughter were taking me for my B-Day. I swallowed the first 3 150mg tablets without water or anything. I was that hurting. I just needed relief. Within hours I felt more at peace. I felt mellow and like life wasn't so bad after all. I even laughed a little (a big improvement). Now 4 days later I'm feeling better in more ways than one.
#1 I can walk down the street with my daughter. (0h yeah, I was very depressed.) Let me tell ya, if this is day 4 then I can't wait for the rest of my life.
#2 I notice things like how blue the sky is rather than how dark the clouds are. I notice the natural things with a sharper clarity.
#3 I don't know if SJW is know for increasing what goes on in bed but let me tell you, this herbal remedy can work wonders for a person. And I am not a sales rep of this drug. This is just a fact for me.
#4 I think my wife likes being married to me again :)
