I have been off anti-depressants for over a year and clear of the dreaded blues. But its back ! I went to see the doctor who was not that helpful (as she is just standing in ) at all even when i said i had lost nearly 2 stone n 3 months. I don't feel as bad this time round with the depression as it aint as bad but the trouble is i have very little appetite because how i feel when im depressed and am starting to worry about the weight thing. Does anyone else feel like this ??? or am i alone on this one ? i'm really hoping the SJW help me get my appetite back.
