I don't want to sound gross, but I was wondering...has anyone taking sjw found that it is making them a bit..stopped up? Hopefully you know what I mean. I never have any urgency to go anymore, I just get a bad stomachache and even then "it" still needs a little coaxing. Today that happened maybe 3 times. It's very annoying and time-consuming.

I'm sorry if I offended anyone or grossed anyone out, but please respond if you've had a similar experience.

I just realized today that my "problem" is probably from the grape seed I'm taking...since it's an antioxidant it's probably cleaning my body of all the toxins. Hope I didn't cause any confusion.
