First of all this site is great,well I just started taking rhodiola from pinnacle 2 day's ago and it's working very well, I'm still taking my effexor 75mg but I want to stop if the rhodiola keeps on working, the first day I was very sleepy and last night I didn't sleep very well but finally around 6:00am this morning I fell a sleep and woke up at noon feeling very good like I ad slept for 2 days very refresh, today I took my pill before breakfast and this afternoon started to feel very good like calmness inside of me,like nothing was bothering me anymore, I forgot to tell you that I take rhodiola for anxiety and depression,that's about it, just wanted to share my experience with you guys, if you have any questions feel free to replie thank's have a nice day.

Hey, that's great. How much are you taking? I haven't had anyone respond to my post about what an adequate dose is. The kind I'm taking now is 400mgs total with 3% rosavins and .8% salidrosides (not that I know exactly what that means) Is your dose similar?

My dose is 170mg and 3% rosavin but I had to stop taking it, I got a rash on my body and my anxiety was coming back, so I'm back on effexor-xr 75mg until I try something else, thanks for your replie have a good night.
