I started takins SJW about two and a half weeks ago. I have found it difficult to lose weight after having my last baby, but have noticed recently that I have lost weight. I have only noticed this since taking SJW, is this a coincidence? I haven't been dieting or exercising.
Could this be one of the side effects, not that I'm complaining. Has this happened to anyone else?

I've only been taking sjw for about 1 1/2 - 2 wks and I've noticed that my appetite's been decreased a little bit (had problems with emotional eating but luckily had a fast metabolism..heheh). I used to snack a lot, but now I only eat when I need to. Maybe that's what's happening with you. Other than that, I don't know. I wish I could be more help.

I also noticed that my weight has stabalized and gone down slightly since taking PERIKA St. John's wort. Another strange thing is that i have a thicker head of hair now. Not sure why. My hair was thinning but this has totally reversed. Anyone else experience this? Other than that I have no side effects.
