Someone told me to try this,and I'm liking it,I'm combining with sjw,I've been on this for 3 days and these have been extremely stressful but I seem to be coping better,has anyone had this experience,how long does it take to get full effects? Can you mix this with occasional kava?

Thanks,Do you combine this with anything? A year ago I was in a really bad frame of mind and I swear sjw helped to get me through it,can you combine this?

I havn't tried combining it with SJW,but there's definitely nothing wrong with trying that.I got pretty good results using it alone but I recently tried it with a high potentcy B vitamin and it worked even better.ALso I'm going to try mixing it with Rhodiola,as I got very good results combining Rhodiola and a B complex,I think adding the L theanine to these will make an excellent combination. Also, if your going to use SJW, make sure it has hyperforin.Recent studies have shown this to be the more active ingredient contributing to SJW's anti-depressant effect.
