My doctor put me on Serafem for post pardum. I had had a history of depresson before I had children and was medicated with serzpne for about a year. I didn't become depressed again until after my third child. I took two pills and was so ill that I had to stop taking them. I had a serafem hangover for 3 days. My doctor told me that Serafem is the exact same thing as prozac...just re packaged & marketed towards women. I took St John's Wort years ago and decided yesterday that it was going to be the only thing that helps me. Hope this helped!
