I am looking for something that would help with concetrating. I seem to be losing my ability to complete a task and cannot concentrate at all on one task. It seems as though I have adult ADD. Please advise if SWJ could benefit me?

Are you having any other signs of depression? Sleeplessness or oversleeping, appetite problems (over or undereating), mood swings, teary eyed for no particular reason, not wanting to mix socially etc? You could be depressed and need to talk to a Dr?
