I started taking sjw about 2 weeks ago. I was so tired my eyes would barely open and i felt a weird fatigue that affected everything i did. I stopped about 5 days ago and am still feeling some fatigue i didn't have before i started. Will this go away or am i screwed up for like because i took sjw for 2 weeks. This sucks.
Anyone else have this and quit and it took this long to go away?

I've only been taking SJW for 2 weeks, but when I first started taking it I was so fatigued I couldn't even get out of bed. I was SO tired. I know it was the SJW. I was taking it spread out throughout the day. So I started taking all four pills (300 mgs each) at night before bed. After a few days I started waking up with MORE energy. The fatigue has burned itself out.

Maybe take them at night?

A few years ago I bought some St. John's Wort from Walmart. I only took it for 5 days but noticed that I was grouchy while on it and I quit. 3 months ago I did research and found Perika from Natures Way. It has a standardized content of 3% Hyperforin where many other brands standardize on Hypericum. Hyperforin is what the top brands contain and standardize on. It has made a world of difference. I recommend anyone having problems with St. John's Wort to switch brands and pick one that has standardized HYPERFORIN NOT HYPERICUM.
