Hello, I've been struggling with Panic and Anxiety attacks for nearly a month now. The doctor and therapist have really tried pushing me into taking Xanax to get through this hump and even went as far as prescribing Paxil which I refused to take. The Xanax does however seem to quite my major episodes down and i'm only taking it when i need it.
I recently decided to try taking SJW because i have read many good reviews about it, I am however concerned and wish to find out if it is ok to take Xanax on the occassions that I need to if i'm taking SJW?
I started taking the SJW yesterday and took some Valerian before going to bed. It was not a good combination for me? I was up all night with moderate panic attacks and have been struggling through them today as well. It gave me weird sensation like I had ICY HOT on my arms and chest. I don't know if anyone has ever had this kind of reaction with the 2.
I am very fearful of taking medications and even herbs for that matter and half the time don't know if i'm causing the anxiety myself with my aprehension to taking the medication.
If anyone has been using SJW and Xanax together successufully or suggests that I DO NOT mix the two please let me know. I don't know what to do?
