hello everybody,
I have been taking sjw for 6 months now with great results save some odd, somewhat frightening hallucinations. I could best describe them as having a bad experience with pot, severe anxiety, fear, thoughts of death, visual and sensual distubances etc...usually very intense. The success Ive had with sjw makes these halucinations somewhat bearable but difficult to say the least..I take 900mg a day (1 pill three times daily) does anybody have any suggestions about dosage or anything else that may help this matter? thx

Have you spoken to your physician about possible bi polar disorder?
It's what I have, and the ups and downs are part of that. I'd recommend talking to your doctor.

I didn't mean to automatically pin the hallucinations on the sjw. I have a very difficult temperment that I have yet to figure out. I have anxiety w/ panic attacks sometimes, sometimes I'll be overwhelming happy and excited for a few months and then suddenly quite uninterested in anything, depressed for a few months. I very much encourage the use of sjw for i believe it has done me worlds of good. I have grown so much since I have started taking it. Because of my panic attacks and sort of manic/depressive disposition this could very much be able to produce such halucinations. I really dont know the source of these experiences. I have not been smoking pot at all either......it seems no one else in the forum has reported anything similar to this. this leads me to believe that it may be completly self produced. But, like i stated in the other message, even if the sjw is creating these effects, it is a small price to pay for all the benifit I have recieved from the herb, very small. I think i may change my dosage schedule or something like that and see what happens......In the end, since no one has made any note of this on the forum I don't think you should worry at all about this. I highly encourage the use of sjw for depression and anxiety. hope this helps...cya

Are you sure that SJW are responsible for these hallucinations.. I've only been on it for over a week, but that scares me.. your not smoking pot still are you??

I'm atually really sorry that I said, "are you smoking pot still?" I don't know what I mean't with that, its not like I know whther you have ever smoked pot. Anyway it does sound a bit like bi polar (manic depression) Check it out properly, just in case and I hope you still improve on sjw. all the best..
