I just purchased St. John's Wort and I'm a little worried about taking it. First of all I don't even know if it's a good brand...it's Webber Naturals. And the thing I'm most worried about is that my mom doesn't even know that i'll be taking these pills, I hope they help me :(...I'm an 18 year old male. And what do dosage do you think I should take? And take them everyday? Cause the bottle says "take occassionally". Oh well, please respond anyone.
