I take Perika sjw. Is anyone experiencing forgetfulness, especially names, this is not me I'm usually on top of things and I've turned into a ditz,I have to ask my husband if something really happened or did I dream it. I'm 37 I switched to perika sjw in June,I was taking the sjw-ze117 from gnc for a year this one I took 3x a day, which someone told me I was getting no sjw benefit at all and I believe it,because I've been pretty mellow on perika 3x a day-900mg a day,can I mix this with ashwagandha and ginkgo? To help anxiety and memory?

I never even thought that SJW could affect memory, but now that I've read what you wrote (by accident, even) I wonder if that's why I'm suddenly forgetting EVERYTHING!! talk about ditz, I am even slipping at work... and that's bad. I'll try taking Ginko or Ginseng and let you know if it helps!! ~Jen

Ginkgo might help if you're having memory problems. It's safe to take with SJW. I took it for four months (for concentration rather than memory problems) with no bad effects.

Are either of you experiencing a dull headache trying to take ginkgo?

I've stopped taking Ginkgo now but I don't remember getting many headaches while I was on it, except maybe right at the very beginning. I've heard that headaches can be a side effect of Ginkgo, so if they continue for much longer you might want to stop taking it and see what happens.
