Hi

I've been taking SJW for about a month and a half. It definitely seems to be helping, but it seems to have turned me into a space cadet?! I'm slightly distant and not altogether with-it all the time (more so than before I stared taking it!) Has anyone else had a similar experience? Any ideas on what I can do?

Thanks

K

I just wanted to say... I CAN RELATE.

Wow. Space cadet is SO a correct way of putting it! I zone in and out of conversation, I lose my train of thought, I'm kind of foggy headed...

I hope it goes away soon!

I had some similar feelings in the first few months of taking SJW. I was concerned about being less aware of other vehicles on the road when driving. With time you should feel less spaced as your mind adjusts to being on SJW. If things don't get better you might try reducing the dosage slightly, even though this could reduce the beneficial effects as well. This weekend I have stopped taking SJW after tapering off for the past two weeks. I started on SJW three years ago.

Hi lmno,
just wondering, I was driving my car and was really concious of being in the car, and also felt other cars lights were too bright, it started to give me anxiety, and I had to stop myself from panicking, I've only been on it for a week.. is this normal..

If you have been taking SJW for only one week I would guess you are not getting the full effect or feeling much of a beneficial effect just yet. You may instead be feeling a slight, temporary increase in anxiety as SJW takes effect.
