I just started taking SJW. I too was suffering from headaches.
I searched this site to see if anyone else was experiencing the same. They were, so I decided to hang in there. They said it will last about two weeks and suggested taking some form of aspirin in the morning with the first dose. I started taking ibuprofen and that seems to have helped. I havent noticed a change with the SJW yet but I'm going to give it time. Good Luck.

I had the body aches for about a week, especially in my lower back. It was gone after another week. The only other side effect I experienced was being thirsty and a scratchy throat. I don't have any more body aches and I drink plenty of fluids. Stick with it. I just took Advil for the aches. Give it a couple of weeks. I found that if I didn't drink enough water or whatever, I had a low-grade headache also. It went away as long as I stayed hydrated, but drinking enough fluids was always a problem for me before SJW. Just try and make a habit of drinking lots when taking SJW. If it doesn't change, try changing brands of SJW. Not all of it is the same. Good luck
